Cousins Island, ME

Named for early settler John Cousins who bought the island in 1645, Cousins Island, Maine, is in Casco Bay, along with Little John Island, off Yarmouth. In 1908, Cousins Island had its own post office, at the corner of Wharf and Cousins roads.
