The Post Office (and a dentist’s office) in the Town Hall of Deep River, Connecticut. Built in 1893 and placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976. The second floor has an auditorium/theater that was renovated in 2013.

I don’t know what I love more about his: the shape of the building, the fact that the post office is next to a dry goods store, or the three little boys who lined up so they’d be in the picture.
Tyngsboro, MA
I wondered why a bridge would rate equally with the post office, but I learned that Tyngsboro, Massachusetts, is on the border with New Hampshire, and the bridge is a landmark. This one was replaced in the 1930s with a steel arch bridge, a landmark today.
Warm Springs, MT
Warm Springs is today the site of the Montana State Hospital, the state’s only psychiatric hospital, founded by the Territorial Government of Montana in 1877, and there is still a post office (zip code 59756) on the hospital campus.
Springfield, MA
I was suprised to discover that I had failed to post, until now, one of my favorites: the fabulous post office of Springfield, Massachusetts, designed by architect William A. Lerel in 1888, completed in 1891, now long gone.
